Bulk billed consultations:
- Patients with Pension/ Healthcare Card holders of Any Age

- Appointments booked with the nurse e.g. B12 injections and immunisations
If you fail to attend your appointment or cancel your appointment less than 4 hours prior to your appointment time you will be required to pay an upfront deposit of $41 at tme of your next appointment.
Telehealth (phone) appointments are offered to patients that are unable to attend in person due to being interstate or unwell with a COVID-19 infection or any other infectious diseases. Fees may apply.
If multiple medical conditions are discussed or you go beyond your allocated appointment time you may be charged a long consultation.

DVA patients will be billed under DVA
Worker compensation/private insurance/commercial licenses etc. are not covered by Medicare and are to be paid on the day of consultation as per appropriate SIRA fees.
